We have a mobile app for that, simply download “Castlereagh Fitness” app, login using you credentials (Talk to us if you’ve forgot them) and sign-in your spot in one of our classes.

All our members can conveniently access their account information via our online portal here. You’ll be able to update your personal details there and also see your visits history, purchases, book in to group classes and many more! Alternatively speak to our friendly staff.

Our contract memberships are set on regular auto payment and in cases where membership needs to be suspended we can help. Talk to our friendly staff.

Yes absolutely you can, see details on our casual visit fee if your friend is not a member with us yet. We will also reward you with an incentive if your friend joins as a member. Keep an eye on our referal promotions we run from time to time.
Yes, please bring a towel to dry off and wipe down equipment after use so it is sweat-free for the next user! Towel hire is available at the club for a small fee.
Please let reception know as soon as possible so we can check if the item has been handed in, however we cannot take responsibility for lost items. To be safe, make sure that you lock everything away in your locker before you begin your session.

Yes most of our staff has up to date first aid training and also trained in CPR.
         Log onto MindBody (clients.mindbodyonline.com)

         Click “squash bookings” on the top right corner

         On the calendar you can now see all the bookings for today (or the day you choose)

         Click “add” to make a new booking and fill in all the details

         If you click on a booking you can select the following:

         CANCEL to cancel, CONFIRMED to confirm booking, ARRIVED if the clients have arrived, MODIFY, make a NOTE or PREBOOK

        Go into ‘’check out’’ to pay (cash or EFTPOS)
