Unfortunately student concession is not currently available at our fitness centre.
If you have a contract with us we require legitimate reason for your cancellation such us relocation, family or personal health issues. We can work something out, no stress.

All our members can conveniently access their account information via our online portal here. You’ll be able to update your personal details there and also see your visits history, purchases, book in to group classes and many more! Alternatively speak to our friendly staff.
Our contract memberships are set on regular auto payment and in cases where membership needs to be suspended we can help. Talk to our friendly staff.
– Click “squash bookings” on the top right corner
– On the calendar you can now see all the bookings for today (or the day you choose)
– Click “add” to make a new booking and fill in all the details
– If you click on a booking you can select the following:
– CANCEL to cancel, CONFIRMED to confirm booking, ARRIVED if the clients have arrived, MODIFY, make a NOTE or PREBOOK
– Go into ‘’check out’’ to pay (cash or EFTPOS)
